5. Client Projects & Work Product

For client projects, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client only upon receipt of full payment as outlined in the project agreement. Until payment is complete, all work remains the intellectual property of Vansys Technologies.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client has signed a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requesting confidentiality.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Generally:

  • A non-refundable advance (typically 30–50%) is required before project commencement
  • Milestone-based payments may apply for larger projects
  • Final payment is due before delivery of the completed project or launch
  • Late payments may attract an additional charge as specified in the agreement

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed methods. Receipts and invoices will be provided for all transactions.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed in the proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope — including additional features, design overhauls, or platform changes — will be treated as new requirements and may attract additional charges.

All change requests must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal instructions are not binding and will not be acted upon without written confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vansys Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in dispute.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. Vansys Technologies has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for their accuracy, legality, or reliability.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, and technical data shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

  • The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
  • Any advance payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement
  • Vansys Technologies will hand over all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding dues

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
